Nearest Resistance: $20br>Nearest Support: $18.50br>Catalyst: Share offering
Waster recycling firm Darling International (DAR) is down more than 5% this afternoon following news that the firm would be offering 40 million shares of common stock at $19, a move designed to raise capital to pay for a planned acquisition. While investors took the news well (the acquisition should be accretive to DAR's business, after all), shares traded down to the offering price.
If you own Darling right now, this might be a good opportunity to get out. That's because DAR is currently forming a head-and-shoulders top, a bearish setup that indicates exhaustion among buyers. While support exists at $18.50, it's weak enough to get taken out on the next round of selling. Buyer beware.

Shares of Harsco (HSC) have gained today after BB&T Capital Markets upgraded its shares to Buy from Hold.
Analysts Robert Norfleet III and Basil Jones III explain the decision to raise their rating:
We believe that the strategic transformation of HSC’s portfolio, as evidenced by the recently announced sale of its Infrastructure segment, as well as additional best practices and productivity enhancements (LEAN, etc.) should result in improved financial metrics, valuation, and, ultimately, a less complex business structure. While our non-consensus call is not primarily based on an expedited improvement in financial performance, it is a reflection of our confidence in the new management team and its ability to deliver value to shareholders through asset repositioning, improved ROICs and free cash flow generation. HSC remains a “turnaround story,” but we believe the market is underestimating out-year earnings growth, which will be driven by the Brand Energy JV, lower corporate expenses, improved margins in Metals & Minerals and the likelihood of an accretive acquisition.

Recently, there have been a spate of articles depicting Aruba Networks (ARUN) as just another player in the Wi-Fi space. Many of these detractors focused on GAAP losses, high executive compensation costs due to higher than normal stock option grants, and increasing competition from lower cost providers in some segments of their business. There is definitely some merit to these criticisms. And ARUN is attempting to address these concerns.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By John Udovich]
Small cap machine-to-machine (M2M) stock Elecsys Corp (NASDAQ: ESYS) jumped 8.99% yesterday and is up 254% over the past year, meaning it might be time to take a closer look at the stock and its performance verses other small cap M2M stocks like Digi International Inc (NASDAQ: DGII), Numerex Corp (NASDAQ: NMRX) and Sierra Wireless, Inc (NASDAQ: SWIR). First of all though, I should mention that machine-to-machine (M2M) broadly refers to technologies that allow both wireless and wired systems to communicate with other devices of the same type and this can be through any type of technology ranging from instruments to networks to applications that create connections between devices.
